Erm .. if you send it to Donghae .. I would think it the same as the address above because he's still in SuJu .. the 13 people one ne~
but if you wanted to send it to either Zhou Mi or Henry Lau .. then you would need a different address ne~

So, like I said, the address above could be used for DongHae.
If you wanted to mail Zhou Mi or Henry Lau then you would have to find another address.
But because you are mailing DongHae then its not needed.
